Training is held to your support standards, while you give Peer Mentors the choice to increase their peer support work when and where they choose.
Whether voice, chat, or drawing, students choose the modes that make them feel most comfortable - to get them through their ENG105 or NUR102 or uni life query faster.
Mentors and students are paired based on your criteria. This means paid workload to Mentors is also fairly distributed, so everyone gets a fair chance for work experience and professional development without bias.
